Sign in with Steam, choose a case and review its contents and opening conditions. A paid case requires a balance. To receive items in Steam, add your Trade URL and make sure your account can trade.

Use the sign-in button on CSDOG. Before entering your details, check the exact host name of the sign-in page: steamcommunity.com. An address that only starts the same way does not prove the site is genuine. Never share your Steam password or codes with support staff or other users.

In Steam, open Inventory, then Trade Offers and the “Who can send me Trade Offers?” section. Copy the Trade URL into your CSDOG profile. If you change the link, update it on the site as well.

The CSDOG User Agreement allows the service to be used from the age of 18. Read the terms of service before you start.

No. It is an independent platform. Item names and images belong to their respective rights holders.

Top up your balance with a bank card or cryptocurrency. Choose a method in the top-up form, enter the amount and follow the instructions. The final amount and payment terms are shown before you confirm.

Check the payment status with the payment provider. If the funds have not appeared on CSDOG within two hours, contact support and include the time, amount and payment ID. Never send your password, confirmation codes or full card details.

Every outcome has a published probability. Review the contents list before opening. An item being on the list does not mean it will drop within the number of openings you choose.

On the case page, open the info icon next to the item. On desktop and mobile, use the tooltip control available there. Check the probability of the exact item you are interested in.

It shows the opening mechanics without charging your balance or crediting an item. A demo result is not added to your inventory and does not predict the result of a paid opening.

Paid case pages let you choose how many to open, including 10. Before confirming, check the number of openings and the total cost. Free cases have their own conditions.

Sign in with Steam and go to free cases. Choose Poseidon, Hades, Zeus, Spartan or Dionysus and open the case. The item you get appears in your CSDOG inventory, and you can withdraw it to Steam.

No. All five free CSDOG cases open without a deposit. You do not need to pay for the opening or buy a key.

Use the collections of knives, gloves and weapon cases. Mixed cases have other outcomes too; knife-only and glove-only cases are listed separately.

The CSDOG catalog features Counter-Strike 2 items. In everyday speech and in search they are also called CS:GO skins. The platform's cases should not be confused with the containers opened inside the game.

You choose a stake and a target item; the result depends on the probability shown. If the upgrade fails, the stake is lost. See the upgrade section for details.

In your CSDOG inventory, select the item and click “Withdraw to Steam”. Check the trade offer in Steam and accept it. You need a valid Trade URL, an inventory that is public as the CSDOG terms require, and an account that can trade.

CSDOG offers fast skin withdrawals. Click “Withdraw to Steam” in your inventory on the site and accept the incoming trade offer in Steam. Once the trade is confirmed, the item arrives immediately. If the offer does not arrive, check the request status and contact support.

Check your Trade URL, your inventory privacy settings and any Steam messages about account restrictions. Then check the status of your CSDOG request. If the reason is unclear, tell support the item name and the time of the request.

No. For CS2 items Steam uses Trade Protection instead of trade holds: once the trade is confirmed, the item arrives immediately. The seven days of protection start after you receive it. If trading is unavailable, check the Steam message about your account restrictions.

Yes, you can use the skin in the game as soon as you receive it. For 7 days after the trade it cannot be transferred, modified, consumed or moved to a Storage Unit. Learn more in the official Steam Support article.

For a request on CSDOG, contact support. For trades that are already complete, Steam lets you reverse Trade Protected trades from your trade history. This reverses every Trade Protected trade from the last 7 days, not just the one you pick. The account that starts the reversal is restricted from trading and the Community Market for 30 days; the other parties are not affected. If you reverse such a trade, the item goes back to the seller and there is no compensation.

A skin you got for free with a promo code. It is already in your inventory: play with it right away, and when you want to take it, just top up your balance.

A top-up is not a payment for the skin. The money goes to your balance and stays yours: open cases and play upgrades with it. The bonus skin then becomes a regular one: withdraw it to Steam or sell it.

The price of the skin you have now. If you boost it in the upgrade, the amount grows to the new skin's price, and what you've already topped up still counts. We show how much is left when you tap Withdraw to Steam or Sell.

Yes, and that's the whole point. Put it in the upgrade and raise its value. If you win, the new skin is a bonus one too, and the top-up amount becomes its price.

Any balance top-up after you get the bonus. Cashback and referral rewards don't count.
